WeWorld Onlus a leading INGO working in Nepal post-earthquake is seeking application from qualified individuals for the following position for its reconstruction program in Nepal.
1. Civil Engineer - 1 No.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's in Civil engineering with a minimum of 3 years of working experience Or Master's degree with 4 years of experience in design and estimate, construction, construction management, especially in rural settings.
- Knowledge of implementing and monitoring construction and reconstruction projects.
- Knowledge of relevant earthquake and disaster resistant structures, building code of conduct of Government of Nepal.
- Previous experience in early recovery and disaster management will be an added advantage.
- Strong Computer Skills (Windows package and AutoCAD)
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
- Holders of motorbikes driving license and able to drive it even off road.
Length of contract: 12 months (3 months probation period)
