A leading housing company in Nepal going to construct a big commercial complex and seeking to recruit competent, determined, self motivated and enthusiastic candidates for the following positions based on its Kathmandu office. The prospective candidates must fulfill the following criteria:
1. Senior Project Manager- 1 No.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (M.E. preferable)
- At least 10 years of work experience in building construction management
- Experience in handling more than 20 crores project cost is preferable
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture with 2 to 5 years of experience in building construction
- Should demonstrate skills in detailing of interior and architecture design, experience in construction sites and understanding of construction technology.
- Excellent proficiency in Auto CAD, Sketch-up, Photoshop and MS Office
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from recognized university
- At least 2 years of work experience in construction, repairs and maintenance of building projects
- Good understanding of MS Office software including MS project
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (M.E. preferable)
- At least 3 years of work experience in bill preparation and checking of building construction
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (M.E. preferable)
- At least 5 years of work experience in field of operation and maintenance of Hotels
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- At least 3 years of work experience in building construction
