Action Nepal in partnership with OXFAM is seeking dynamic energetic and result oriented professionals for the following positions to intervene WASH, Shekter, EFSVL, DRR and Gender project; 

1. Public Health Engineering (PHE) Officer- 1 No.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with 3 years of relevant experience
• Experience of working in Humanitarian response program will be preferable
• Proficient in the use of AutoCAD, Microsoft Office package and other relevant design software
• Good knowledge of WSS scheme design, cost estimation and implementation idea of the supervision of the construction

2. Public Health Engineering (PHE) Associate- Few

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with 1 year of relevant experience OR Civil Overseer with at least 3 years of relevant experience in WASH sector 
• Experience of working in Humanitarian response program will be preferable
• Good communication skills both in English and Nepali

3. Shelter Officer (Engineer) - 1 No.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with 2 years of experience in construction
• Knowledge of assessment survey, designs, working drawings, construction materials and techniques.
• Expertise of AutoCAD, SAP drawing along with proficient in the use of Microsoft Office package and other relevant design software
• Acquaintances on disaster risk management, construction in rural areas will be an advantage.

Minimum Requirements:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering with 2 years of experience in earthquake resistant building construction field;
• Experience of working in Humanitarian response program will be preferable
• Should possess TOT in mason training on earthquake resistant building construction technology;
• Knowledge of assessment survey, designs, working drawings, construction materials and techniques;
• Good knowledge of Nepal National Building Code;
• Good communication skills both in English and Nepali
